Jak se lymfatické uzliny léčí?
Onemocnění uzlin může být buď primární (lymfedém) nebo sekundární, tzn. doprovodný jev nějakého jiného onemocnění. Při infekčním zánětu uzlin je důležitý krevní obraz, serologie, průkaz protilátek proti EB viru a zjištění zda jsou zvětšená játra nebo slezina. Při druhotné bakteriální infekci v krku nebo uších je vhodná léčba antibiotiky.
Vhodné potravinové doplňky:
- vitamín C, E
- česnek
- bylinná léčba podporující protibakteriální účinky a protivirové účinky
- smetanka lékařská, mléč zelinný a černý bez
Závěr
Podle toho, jakým způsobem se lymfa rozšiřuje lymfatickým systémem, přibývá také celkových příznaků onemocnění. Mezi ně se dá počítat i banální náchylnost k infekcím. Např. obyčejná chřipka může způsobit velké potíže. Je dobré vždy onemocnění předcházet, žít zdravě, být aktivní a dopřát si občas i lymfatickou masáž.
