Uzliny na krku - jsou uložené jednak po stranách krku, před ušním boltcem a vzadu hlavy.Tyto uzliny odvádějí lymfu z orgánů krku a hlavy.

Nadklíčkové a podklíčkové uzliny - se nachází nad a pod klíční kostí. Lymfa je k nim přiváděná z prsu a hrudní stěny. Specifická je levostranná nadklíčková uzlina, kterou při zduření označujeme jako Virchovova uzlina a může signalizovat nádorové onemocnění žaludku.
